How I do it

One customer a week, cheapest first. I don't put everyone up at once. Each week I take the lawn paying me the least an hour and raise that one. Time every lawn first so you know which one that is. If someone leaves, a new lead takes the slot at the new price. With 100 lawns it takes about two years to get round them all, and nobody notices a wave of price letters.

Which lawns are the cheap ones?

The price calculator shows what each lawn really earns you an hour. The hourly rate check shows what you take home across the whole week.
